At Yustiz Haro Studios we respect your privacy. This document explains what data we collect when you apply, what we use it for and how you can request deletion.

Data we store

  • Name, email, phone, country and (if you share it) your Instagram or website.
  • Answers to the application form or calculator (project type, budget, urgency, goals).
  • Minimal technical metadata: language, date, and UTM parameters from the campaign that brought you, without third-party cookies.

What we use it for

  • To reply to your application via WhatsApp or email.
  • To send you studio news and occasional offers related to AI production. You can unsubscribe any time by replying to an email.
  • To improve the funnel itself (find where people get stuck and fix it).

Who we share it with

  • We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for advertising.
  • We store it on Lovable Cloud (Supabase) and only use standard email (Resend) and calendar (Calendly) providers to reply to you.

How long we keep it

  • While your application is active or there is an open conversation with you.
  • You can request full deletion at any time by writing to the contact email below.
